We’re not celebrating anything, we just felt like drinking. It’s been a while since I last tasted the heavenly drops of alcohol and it seems that a bottle of Vodka won’t suffice. Not to mention that it was just a creamy cappuccino Mudshake that was so easy to gulp. Bottoms up, yeah!

I’ve been waiting for this time. Doing nothing but gazing at the stars. The balcony just served its purpose. I guess, the typhoon is over. Yet there are more life challenges that I have to face… Thanks to him, I’m not all alone… <3
It has been gloomy since Monday, and the brown out made it worse. Finally, I’m back online! I’m glad that I was able to email all the winners of my recently concluded contests. Now, I’m rushing things because I’ve been offline for more than 24 hours and I’ve missed a lot. Not that I’m trying to catch up with my friends through Facebook but with my clients. That’s the downside of online business/job, when electricity runs out, dollars follow. Kidding. I’ve got all the time to joke around now ‘coz I’m done with my urgent online obligations. Time to update my personal blogs! Yay!
So, what happened last night?
The darkness drew me closer to the guitar. Music is not my thing. But I’ve got no choice when everything went black.
Yup, you read it right. There was no electricity for two consecutive nights and I almost died from boredom. Then my eyes caught the classical guitar. I guess my fingers aren’t solely made for laptop keyboards.

I’m still exploring my Nikon D3000 but I’m already wishing to upgrade it to ND3100. Yeah, I’m fickle-minded but you can’t blame me! I just bought this one in real rush! Yup, just to have a DSLR for our Singapore – Malaysia trip.
Anyway, I have so much things to learn and getting familiar with the manual settings is sometimes challenging. I’m not yet used to the perfect adjustment of aperture and shutter speed. *sigh*
When darkness prevails...
See the image above? I just googled it. I love the background, not the girl. I am into dark images and anything that’s close to the shade of black appeals to me. I’m addicted to silhouettes and nocturnal shots. Some sorts of images that will look perfect in wood picture frames! Still, I have so many subjects in mind so shooting pictures won’t really be that easy. I might just go random – from landscape to portraits, that’s promising!

It’s Friday the 13th of August 2010! Few days from now, the BER countdown will start and the last 3 months of the year appeal to me the most. October Fest, Halloween Parties, and Christmas Season. Those are events worth celebrating!
My sister will turn 23 on the 8th of October and we plan to celebrate it with a twist! Barbecue party with tons of beers and confetti. Haha. Come to think of it, we can actually jazz it up with sexy Halloween costumes! Why not? Early celebration in an exciting and most unique way. Wait a minute, what will I choose from these ones:

With the latest images on my blog, don’t you think “Bedroom Stories” really suits this post? Not really, for here I am again. Exhausted. Nostalgic. I miss the old times when my mom and grandma used to sing me lullabies and my Dad will tell me bedtime stories until I fell asleep. Gone are those days since I first stepped to elementary school. Nonetheless, schooling was really fun because I get to play with my classmates. I learned a lot of things and I met new friends.

Everything has changed. I am a grown up now and living on my own. I rarely get enough sleep. In my busy days you’ll find me blogging, reading books, playing magic, updating journals and watching animes. I get addicted to many things that robs me off my own precious time. And as if the lack of sleep is not enough burden, I still have to bear with daylight slumbers. I’m on a graveyard shift so as much as I wanted to sleep at night, I just can’t. So much for shimmering dreams and lovely bedtime stories. All I can stare ’til I doze off are the pieces of modern furniture around me, my kids (cute and comfty to hug) and the narrow walls of my room filled with game posters. Sometimes, life gets so depressing…
