Cars
Months have passed and I’m not yet enrolled in any driving school. My first choice is RED1 in Quezon City because they offer driving lessons at a more affordable price than others. I really want to learn how to drive but I’m hesitant of enrolling since I don’t have a car yet. And I have to admit, I’m worrying a lot lately.
What to do... what to think... what to do???
I have enough cash to buy a car but I want to prioritize a decent place of my own with a parking space of course. I can’t purchase house and lot plus car all at once and I’m not considering car loans title just for the heck of owning a brand new car. I’m getting tired of dealing with real estate brokers, too since most of them are too pushy with their offers. All I need is a simple computation and site viewing will follow if I am interested. For now, I’m just looking for foreclosed properties with high hopes of finding an excellent deal.

The summer rain has been affecting my health and some business. The common colds hit me again and my sore throat will definitely lead to dry cough. Because of continuous downpour, I was not able to check out some bazaar locations. I didn’t even have much time to inquire for courier rates out there. And I’ve been wondering if the door-to-door delivery service can make it on time if it is raining heavily. I supposed that they’re using waterproof container for my items. I don’t want to receive products that are soaking wet! The trend of rainfall these days is hard to predict. We’re not even sure when to expect typhoon and heavy flooding. I hope not. Even so, I’m lucky to be where I’m currently living. There’s no risk of flooding here so it’s not necessary to have door kick plates. Our doors are naturally durable no matter what the weather is.
Ethereal... not seasonal beauty
