Civilization has advanced far beyond what mankind years back has foreseen. In ages past, mankind has no means to travel except only by foot until they learned to ride beasts of burden. Seeing that this was not enough to suit their journeys, they thought of several ways to improve their lifestyle until they invented automobiles that do not get exhausted unlike animals. And as of the present, technology continues to advance at a rapid pace to the point that countless varieties of transportations have been invented for people to utilize conveniently. Unfortunately, these inventions did not keep accidents from happening. At least once in a while, roadside accidents occur and people not only get hurt but structures in the immediate vicinity are damaged too. The good news however was that man has also already begun developing structures which help lessen the damage caused by these accidents. These are called security bollards. Security bollards usually appear as simple, concrete steel columns which surround a particular structure or area. But then again, they lack style and beauty and are often overlooked. On the other hand, bollard manufacturers these days are already developing many security bollards which have aesthetic value. People and automobiles should not be the only ones protected but structures and buildings as well and it would not hurt if their means of protection is crafted with style.

Months have passed and I’m not yet enrolled in any driving school. My first choice is RED1 in Quezon City because they offer driving lessons at a more affordable price than others. I really want to learn how to drive but I’m hesitant of enrolling since I don’t have a car yet. And I have to admit, I’m worrying a lot lately.
What to do... what to think... what to do???
I have enough cash to buy a car but I want to prioritize a decent place of my own with a parking space of course. I can’t purchase house and lot plus car all at once and I’m not considering car loans title just for the heck of owning a brand new car. I’m getting tired of dealing with real estate brokers, too since most of them are too pushy with their offers. All I need is a simple computation and site viewing will follow if I am interested. For now, I’m just looking for foreclosed properties with high hopes of finding an excellent deal.
