Dark Ascension PR Passes

Ok, so enough with the excitement and what not. My Dark Ascension prerelease didn’t turn out good. My boyfriend and I came late for the morning flight so we had our lunch before registering for the afternoon pods. We were at the venue before 12 noon but because there were so many players ahead of us, we have to wait for our turn. And that was around 3PM. I have to admit, I got bored while waiting.

As I received my 3 packs of Innistrad and 3 packs of Dark Ascension, I opened them right away and sorted the cards. Nothing that impressive until a friend of mine opened one of the Dark Ascension packs thinking that he has better luck than me. True enough, he opened a pack with double mythic! Thanks AP for the Mikaeus, the Unhallowed and Huntmaster of the Fells // Ravager of the Fells!

I was obsessed with the idea of building a deck around Mikaeus, the Unhallowed but then again, the BBB cc scared me off. Plus, my black cards weren’t enough. And I wanted to use Huntmaster of the Fells at the same time! Going for Jund? Nah. I ended up with Naya since I have good white creats and removal spells. Though it was fun building a deck and getting new cards, I was still disappointed at the end of the day. Just finished 1-3 and my only win was against my boyfriend. IL. Intentional Loss, Intense Love. ROTFL.

We had our favorite pork sinigang for lunch while we indulged ourselves in my sweet cravings later the night. In fact, I skipped dinner just to have plenty servings of triple chocolate cake and Reese’s ice cream.

There are different things to collect and as time goes by, people’s collection evolves into more grand and exquisite items. Before, stamps andd post cards collection are very popular. But with technology and economy affecting the present state, there has been lots of changes with the way people collect things. The rich and famous would likely collect luxurious cars, imported bags, branded shoes and different gadgets. There’s no limit!

But there are more interesting stuff other than that luxury. Other cool collectible items are trading cards, PlaMo, military challenge coins and more.

Those who travel around the world might also be into collecting mini-flags, glass globes, keychains and other unique and remarkable items from the countries they visit. While girls who just want to collect cute stuff may get addicted with scrapbooks, stuffed toys and dolls. It’s really fun collecting!

My boyfriend and I attended the Sunday mass earlier and we’re planning to stay up until midnight to welcome my birthday! I feel pretty in my red dress. Lol.

However, an effective dashboard should not just consist of anything that you just suddenly think of. The key performance indicators should be of greater value. You first have to identify what things you need to measure. Assembling a team of senior employees which consists of members from other departments is a good start. At the same time, these people should have a clear understanding of the company’s goals. This can be achieved through meetings which encourage everyone to participate and should have a light atmosphere rather than a heavy one.

Now, once you are able to identify the metrics which needs to be measured what you need to do next is to figure out how to measure it. You should know what factors would make your company successful. Keep in mind that companies in the same industry have similar key metrics that they are trying to hit. Once you have a working dashboard, you have to develop the habit of monitoring it every now and then. You also have to let your employees know how the company is faring. This is important so they know in which direction they would need to work on. Having a dashboard scorecard is very vital in the success of a company. If you are just starting your own company, it would be best to figure out your metrics first before developing a dashboard.
