Thrift shopping is a great hobby to have since it not only helps you find clothing treasures but can also help you to save money at the same time. Since high waisted skirts are a new trend based on an older fashion trend I’ve been finding quite a few of those in the stores I’ve been shopping at recently. Those and very pretty maxi dresses as well. The hottest trends are just around the corner and I want to tell you about a few newer trends that are already hot and are sure to last throughout the rest of the year. Have you checked out the cute summer dresses section yet? There is a huge selection of them amoung stores’ dress sections. If you want to look super hot this summer (and I don’t mean from the weather), you should get some of these dresses into your closet as soon as possible. They are all beautifully made and come in a great variety of colors and styles. Don’t worry if you think you think clothes that no one else does, dresses come in all different kinds and there will surely be some that fit your stylish needs. Make sure to go shopping with a friend! Everything is more fun when you can take turns trying on different clothes and seeing someone else’s individual style (or maybe just get matching dresses!). When it come to finding an awesome clothing outlet, there are tons of different places that you can look. If you don’t like the stores at malls around you, try online! If you’ve never shopped online before, you are surely missing out. Personally, I do almost all my clothes shopping online since I can not only usually find thing much cheaper than in stores, but also find unique clothes so that I never have to worry about matching with some random stranger. If you have a party coming up, make sure to try your best at shopping online since a unique dress is imperative to showing up at a party. No girl wants to be wearing the same dress when they go out unless they are best friends. There are tons of designer out there and I’m sure that you will find one with a style similar to yours. I dont really like any designer labels, I go more for a “genre” kind of look. Dressing alternative has kind of always been my thing, but maybe it’s yours too! In that case I suggest searching on a search engine for cool online shopping stores to sort through and find your next treasure! There are lots of different styles that maxi dresses come in and I’m sure you’ll find the perfect one by searching a store near you. I’ve found a lot online that were one of a kind, literally. An artist tie dyed them and now they are beautiful and wearable works of art. Every type of clothing that you wear should be comfortable and never a struggle to get into (like some dresses). Make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you right back. Thrift shopping can be very fun in groups since you can have a little competition about who finds the most interesting stuff first. You can have a low spending limit and still find a bunch of different things that you can purchase. I love saving money on clothes since it leaves me even more money for more clothes, haha!

My boyfriend helped me a lot with the header ideas since he’s the one who loves video games. He’s also in charge of  GZ’s content. As for me, my games include Facebook apps, pc games and Magic the Gathering.

There are many beliefs associated with the first rainfall of May. Even without scientific basis, I respect each belief and hope that it can really bring blessing to everyone who believes.

On a side note, this abrupt but heavy rainfall has actually improved Manila’s temperature. The rain cooled down Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon and a lot of people are really happy about it. In fact, I’ve seen lots of children playing in the rain. I’m green with envy!

Though there has been occasional rainfall on other parts of the country, PAGASA (Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration) confirmed that summer has not yet officially ended. The rain was due to local thunderstorm brought about by extreme high temperature, quick water evaporation and the formation of heavy rain clouds. The “water cycle”, remember?

Keep grilling!

This recipe serves at least eight to ten people but it is important that you prepare the turkey the night before your party. Make it a point to put it inside the fridge and it should be a twelve pound turkey at that. It is also vital that you have an average-sized outdoor gas-grill. You also need a large roasting pan and a rack to pull this off. For the ingredients, you need three cups of chicken stock, though one stored in a box would work, two teaspoons of garlic powder, two to three teaspoons of onion powder, one to two teaspoons of poultry seasoning and one teaspoon of fresh chopped parsley.

Once everything is all prepared, what you have to do first is to wash the turkey. Rinse it well. Remove the giblets from the pocket since you can use it to make gravy. Carefully pat the turkey using paper towels. While you are setting things aside, light your grill and put it to medium heat. Spray the grill lightly with a no-calorie cooking spray.

Afterwards, mix all the ingredients such as the chicken stock, garlic powder, poultry seasoning, parsley, the paprika, and the onion powder then put the turkey in along with everything. Make sure to place it breast down. Scoop the basting liquid over the turkey then lightly cover it with aluminum foil. Grill it for three to four hours.

Then take the temperature off the turkey in the thigh until it reaches around 180 F in which it is already cooked. Just let it cool off a bit before you start serving it to the guests. Though it may have taken long, the wait is worth it and will surely please you as well as your guests.

I’ve read some tutorial about how to do water marble. I think I can make it! The thing is, I need more China Glaze and OPI nail lacquers since I only have few of them. I am not sure if local nail polish can deliver the same result. If there’s a cheaper but good alternative, of course I’ll go for it!

Assuming that you have your finances covered, you could actually consider going out of town. And do not get the wrong idea of going to some stereotypical mountain trekking for a date. This is also nothing short of a woodland camping where you may risk yourselves running into grizzly bears sniffing your dinner. You only live life once and you may want to explore more of what the world has to offer.

In addition to your Reading dating, you may also want to try going to Turkey and drop by for a dip at Pamukkale’s beautiful terraced pools. Or if you are looking for something like a hot spring, you can go visit the Nine Hells of Beppu in Kyushu Japan. These ponds are filled with geothermal water and are of different colors due to the materials surrounding it. If you and your partner prefer some underwater adventure then you can probably go to the Bahamas, Belize. There you will find the Great Blue Hole which was said to have plenty of underwater caverns ranging up to fourteen kilometers in length.

Now, if these places do not excite your partner in some way then perhaps you may want to bring him or her to outer space next time. Your date might appreciate it this time.

Green is so cool and lovely especially that the summer season is deep-frying me every afternoon! But with soft green around me, I’ll definitely keep feeling refreshed!
