Health
While others are having a hard time looking for best weight loss supplement, I’m having difficulties gaining weight. Maybe it’s not just the diet, but also the genes. Everyone in my family has the same body built as mine so I think that’s it.

Born to be slim... and shady.
My friends say that I’m one of the lucky girls who has fast metabolism. While I’m not considering this a curse either, I still wish to gain few pounds. Year-end physical examination always shows I’m underweight but I don’t really feel it. Everything seems normal. I’m healthy. Even so, I made a research on how to slow down fast metabolism.
The first tip is to choose slow-metabolizing foods such as sugars, white bread and processed foods. Fried foods that contains saturated oils are also suggested but this one freaks me out. I know it’s not healthy! But then again, these are the only foods that can help store much needed fats in my body.
Protein-rich foods will also help in gaining weight. Avoid being engaged to strenuous activities after eating because it will contribute to quick digestion. You just have to relax instead. Refrain from drinking too much water or other liquids while eating since it will trigger the fast metabolism. Get much sleep as you can because it can slow down metabolism.
Finally, have yourself checked for thyroid problems because most weight issues are related to hypothyroidism.

Because Globe WiFi is not working right now, I have to plug my Smart Bro USB prepaid kit again. As expected, it’s zero balance. I send prepaid credits through my SMART mobile phone and stayed online for an hour. Well, 75 minutes to be exact including the free fifteen minutes from their Fun Free Fifteen Promo.
And as usual, the internet connection was intermittent. I’m not yet done with my online assignments but I really have to stop for now. I have no choice. Even if I register for 5-day unlimited surfing, I won’t be satisfy with that kind of connection.
I’d rather sleep than bear with this kind of inconsistency. Besides, Chandler needs a rest, too. My laptop warranty will end this December and I really have to take care of him even more.

What happens when laptop warranty ends?
Finally, another weekend to unwind from stressful environment. We’ll have our team building at Villa Elena Resort in Pasol, Calamba City, Laguna. I invited my sister to tag along instead of letting her stay at home alone. I’m looking forward to swimming and relaxing in a hot spring! Oooops, I don’t know how to swim so let me just say… have fun in a jacuzzi-like setting!

I’m more excited about the food and team’s quality time. Bonding, to be exact. This time, we’ll work together not to serve clients but to experience happy outdoor moments. Time to cook, drink and play together!
How’s your Thanksgiving?

Happy Thanksgiving 2010
I wonder if you were able to shop electronic gadgets and beauty products last Black Friday. As for me, I purchased a new domain from GoDaddy and web hosting service plan from Hostgator. Best deals, I must say.
I also wished to shop for Magic: The Gathering cards but was disappointed with the free shipping promo. It only applies to US residents.
Almost all online stores offered great discounts including those who sell jewelry, clothes and beauty products. One silver necklace caught my attention but I have to pay extra for the shipping and as you may know, that idea did not appeal to me. I was tempted to shop for clothes but since they’re US size, I’m not sure if there’s any piece that will perfectly fit on me. Haha.
Skin care products were on sale, too! MD Clear is one of the best-sellers because of its proven effectiveness in fighting acne and preventing pimples. Out of curiosity, I check its natural ingredients and so impressed to know that it has apple cider vinegar, dandelion and milk thistle. Sounds safe and really effective. Soaps, perfumes, diet pills… everything is worth checking out!

Home

Let me do the job!
Have you experienced having faulty faucets and dripping roofs? If not, do you know someone who had experienced such trouble? Did they hire a repairman or carpenter to fix them?
Repairing our homes can be costly if we don’t know how to do it on our own. We have to pay for the labor and materials to be used. Sometimes, reading DIY books can help us fix the issue. It would be better if you will refer to the guidelines or tutorials with images for each step. You can also ask a friend to look after you while carrying out the steps, or if he or she insists, let him or her help you. Home improvement and DIY repair can be easier than you think. All you need is courage and determination. But it the task is so complicated such as those that include the use of band saw blades and sensitive electronic devices, just leave it to the experts.
